Welcome back to the Fun and Fellowship of another dartball season! The 2023-2024 Officers Committee has been busy getting everything ready for our first pitch of the year. The following is a summary of the things you will need to know and the events planned.
The PRE-SEASON LEAGUE MEETING will be MON 14-AUG-23
@ Jefferson Baptist Church (Fellowship Hall) at 7:00 PM.
The GREENE COUNTY CHURCH DARTBALL LEAGUE will begin our 79th Season with our FELLOWSHIP NIGHT TOURNAMENT which will be held on MON 11-SEP-23 @ Location to be determined at 6:00 PM.
Match Play action starts on MON 18-SEP-23 at 7:00 PM. The home team practices from 7:00 to 7:15 PM. The visiting team practices from 7:15 to 7:30 PM. A minimum of seven players is required to constitute a team. A match during the season will consist of three 9 inning games (and 1 extra inning, if needed).
League managers should get in contact with RYAN BROWNFIELD as soon as possible to get the financial balance for your team and pay the Entry Fee ($40.00). Widdy Darts, if needed, are available also at $40.00 per dozen.

The MID-SEASON LEAGUE MEETING will be THU 14-DEC-23
@ Jefferson Baptist at 7:00 PM.
Managers please give your MID-SEASON STATS to ADAM BREWER.
Matches will be played every Monday with the exceptions of our Holiday Breaks:
MON 27-NOV-23 (Thanksgiving & Deer Hunting).
MON 25-DEC-23 and 01-JAN-24 (Christmas & New Years).
The LEAGUE FUNDRAISING TOURNAMENT is scheduled this season on SAT 02-MAR-24
@ LOCATION TBD with team registration to begin at 9:30 AM. Set-Up for the event is FRI 01-MAR-24 at 7:00 PM. BUCK BUCHANAN is all set with his Round Robin & Double Elimination Tournament Brackets!
The POST-SEASON LEAGUE MEETING will be THU 07-MAR-24
@ Jefferson Baptist Church (Fellowship Hall) at 7:00 PM.
Please make sure a representative from your team is present and bring all your stats.
NO STATS! NO TROPHIES!!
POST-SEASON TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:
First Round (Quarter-Finals) - MON 11-MAR-24.
Second Round (Semi-Finals) - MON 18-MAR-24.
Third Round (Finals) - MON 25-MAR-24.
Come and join us for some Offense, Defense and Snacks on MON 01-APR-24 for the ALL-STAR GAME; which will be played this year @ LOCATION TBD at 7:00 PM. WARNING: The rules change every inning!
Our LEAGUE AWARDS CEREMONY AND BANQUET will be held on MON 08-APR-24 @ Waynesburg First Baptist Church at 6:30 PM. Special trophies and awards are presented to both individuals and teams as we close out the season.
