Due to the coronavirus pandemic known as COVID-19, our dartball season was shutdown in the middle of our post-season tournament. The remaining managers in the playoffs (those teams advancing into the second round) were consulted via phone calls on 15-MAR-20, the decision was made to postpone the dartball season until after Easter Sunday.

After the online league meeting held on 06-APR-20 via ZOOM, the league managers agreed to once again postpone the 2019-2020 dartball season until July 2020.
On 13-JUL-20, our league managers met in person (and via ZOOM) to decide if we would continue to play these playoff games. I was against continuing, "All or Nothing" was what I proposed (but I don't get a vote as Chairman). Eight of the twelve remaining playoff teams decided to go forward with the playoffs. The 4 teams that passed on playing, gave their permission to proceed without them and the modification of the brackets; provided that it remained as "normal" as possible. It may not seem fair but it was what we (the managers) decided to do.
There will not be a 2020 "B" Division Champion. Three of the four teams that advanced into the 2nd Round of these playoffs declined to continue playing for safety reasons which is why (COVID-19 Modified) was added to this year's playoffs title. "B" Division teams (#7) Crabapple Community, (#8) Hewitt Presbyterian and (#11) Spraggs Methodist decided to cautiously decline the invitation to continue playing for health and safety reasons. (#9) Greensboro Baptist #1, the lone remaining team from the "B" Division, was granted a chance to compete against the "big boys" in the League Championship Division.
(#6) Fairall Methodist #1 (the only team from the League Championship Division) had advanced into the 2nd round but also cautiously declined the invitation to continue playing for health and safety reasons. In our league, playoff brackets ARE set and NOT reseeded after the 1st round has started. GB#1 essentially became the #6 seed thus replacing FM#1.
